Terms & Conditions:

Liability Release: I certify by entering the Elk Grove Post 55 All American Car Show (Car Show) on June 7^th, 2025, that the vehicle that I am entering is legally registered and that I have paid for and maintain vehicle insurance on the vehicle entered in the Car Show and assume complete liability for the vehicle entered in the Car Show. Furthermore, I hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Post 55 American Legion Laguna-Elk Grove, Elk Grove CCSD, Elk Grove VFW Post 2073 and all other named sponsors, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers from and against any liability and judgements whatsoever arising, directly or indirectly, or otherwise deemed in connection with my participation in the Car Show. 

Entrants release the above-named sponsors to use all photos, names, and credits as it seems fit to promote pre- and post-show promotion/press releases, including all magazine, periodicals, and weekly radio and TV usage.

I have read and agree to all rules and conditions of this event namely “Elk Grove Post 55 All-American Car Show” as set forth on this form, an agree to observe all rules and decisions of the event manager.
